Feeds: Partner roster, ownership, and activity

Your CRM already knows who you do business with. What it cannot tell you is which of those relationships deserves the next quarter of your team's time, because a CRM is built to track a deal pipeline and a partnership is not a deal.

Connecting HubSpot means the roster maintains itself. The companies you have marked as partners come across with the things a partner team actually runs on: who owns the relationship, where they are, when anyone last spoke to them, and whatever else you track in your own fields. Then they get scored through the six RADIUS dimensions, against your business rather than a generic template.

The connection writes back, on purpose: your score, potential score, competitive risk, and when a partner was last scored land on the company record, in a `revradius_` property group RevRadius creates and owns — a stale number sitting in your CRM is worse than no number at all. Everything else about your portal stays exactly as your team built it. Nothing we didn't create gets touched unless you explicitly map a field and point it outward yourself.

What you get

The fields a partner team runs on

Owner, country, state and city, last activity, partner type, and your own status values. Map your revenue field and any custom properties you keep, chosen from a list of what your portal actually has.

You own your CRM, we own our fields

Nothing is created in your portal unless you ask for it. Setup asks which of your fields hold partner type and partnership stage, and maps to those — a programme that has been running a while already has them, and a second set beside yours is two vocabularies disagreeing. If you have none, one click creates them. The four score fields RevRadius owns are offered the same way, prefixed revradius_ so you can always tell what we added, and overwritten on every push because a stale score is worse than none. Everything else stays untouched unless you map it and point it outward.

Re-import without duplicating

Partners are matched on their HubSpot record first, then on name, so running an import again updates the roster rather than growing it. Anything you scored or edited in RevRadius is left alone.

Setting it up

  1. 1

Click Connect and approve RevRadius in HubSpot. Nothing is pasted and no token is handled by hand.

  2. 2

Say which companies count as partners, using any property in your portal.

  3. 3

Answer which of your fields hold partner type and partnership stage, or ask RevRadius to create them if you have none.

  4. 4

Map your revenue and custom fields, then import.

  5. 5

Turn on company auto-create if you want RevRadius to add a HubSpot company for a partner it discovers and scores that isn't in your CRM yet — off by default, and it only fires for scored partners with a domain.

Scores from this connection feed the six RADIUS dimensions and the activation gap. You can override any generated score.
