Know which partners to invest in, and prove it.
RevRadius scores your entire partner ecosystem across six dimensions, shows the gap between where each partner is today and where they could be, and turns a messy list into a defensible, tier-ranked investment plan.
Sits on top of your CRM and partner-ecosystem data. The decision layer, not another data silo.
How RevRadius works
The decision layer upstream of your PRM and CRM, built on the RADIUS framework.
- 01
Calibrate your lens
A short self-assessment tunes RADIUS to your go-to-market, so every partner is judged the way your business actually wins, not by a generic template.
- 02
Score across RADIUS
Rate each partner on the six dimensions: Today (what's proven) and Potential (the ceiling). N/A is allowed, and it's never counted as zero.
- 03
See the upside, then prioritize
Every partner gets a composite score, a tier, and an activation gap. Sort your ecosystem by where the real upside is and build a plan you can defend.
The six dimensions of partner value
RADIUS turns “is this a good partner?” into six questions you can actually answer. Hover any wedge to see what it measures.
One framework for every partner type: ISVs, distributors, resellers, agencies, affiliates, marketplaces, and more.
Reach
Access to net-new qualified buyers
How many new buyers, or how much new audience, a partner can put you in front of, and through what mechanism.
Read the full RADIUS framework, including how scoring works and why N/A is never a zero.
Today vs. Potential: the activation gap
Every partner is scored twice: what they've proven today, and their ceiling. The gap between the two is your activation runway, the single most useful thing to know when deciding where to spend your team's time.
Solid = scored today. Dashed = potential. The space between is the runway.
What the gap is telling you
Forge Systems
Implementation is a 1 today, but a 5 in potential. A latent delivery engine: the capability is real, it's just not switched on. The play is to activate it, most likely with training and enablement.
Then your whole ecosystem ranks itself
Every partner's scores roll up into a Today score, a Potential score, and the upside between them, sorted into a plan you can defend. Forge Systems lands last on Today, but carries the biggest upside on the board.
| Partner | Type | Today ▼ | Potential | Upside | RADIUS |

RevRadius suggests net-new partners tuned to your business (your model, your market, and the partners you already work with), then you score them through RADIUS in one click. A head start, not the whole game: discovery feeds the decision, it doesn't replace it.
Example: for a product-analytics SaaS, RevRadius might suggest:
Segment
ISV / Tech
Shared data customers and a deep, native integration.
Add & score →Deloitte Digital
GSI
Deploys you inside enterprise transformation programs.
Add & score →AWS Marketplace
Marketplace
Buyers find you with procurement intent, at scale.
Add & score →Finding partner categories Homvi hadn't even considered
