Privacy Policy

Effective 16 August 2026

Who we are

RevRadius is a partner prioritization product operated by Rakan Systems. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the RevRadius website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

In this policy, “you” means the individual using the service, and “your organization” means the company account you belong to.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and the organization you belong to. If you sign in using a third-party identity provider, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We never receive your password.

Information about your organization. Details you provide about your business during setup, including your go-to-market model, market, and the partner types relevant to you.

Partner data. Information you enter or import about the companies you partner with. This typically includes company names, website domains, partner categories, your own notes and assessments, and any usage or performance figures you choose to import. This is business information about companies, though it may include the names or contact details of individuals if you choose to enter them.

Waitlist and contact information. If you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the email address and any message you send.

Technical information. Standard server and application logs generated when you use the service, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and provide the service, to generate partner scores and recommendations, to authenticate you and keep accounts secure, to send transactional messages such as sign-in and account notifications, to respond to enquiries, and to diagnose and fix problems.

We do not sell your information. We do not use partner data you enter to advertise to you or to anyone else.

Automated processing and AI

RevRadius uses artificial intelligence to generate partner scores, suggest potential partners, and enrich information about companies you are evaluating. To do this, information about the partners you are assessing, and context about your organization, is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. This includes company names, domains, and the descriptive context needed to produce a score.

We select providers that do not use data submitted through their business offerings to train their general-purpose models. Outputs are returned to your account and are not shared with other customers.

Scores and suggestions produced this way are estimates intended to support human judgement. They are not decisions about any individual and should not be treated as the sole basis for a business decision. You can always override a generated score.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes we specify. These fall into the following categories:

Cloud hosting and application infrastructure; managed database hosting; identity and authentication; artificial intelligence processing, as described above; and transactional email delivery.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Where information is stored

Information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

How long we keep information

We keep account and organization information for as long as your account is active. Partner data is kept until you delete it or until your organization's account is closed. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Waitlist addresses are kept until the waitlist is no longer relevant or you ask us to remove yours.

When an account is closed we delete or anonymize the associated information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Security

Access to production data is restricted to those who need it to operate the service. Data is encrypted in transit, and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Authentication is handled by a specialist third-party provider rather than by storing passwords ourselves.

No service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by law.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Much of this can be done directly in the application. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Note that where you enter information about other people into RevRadius, your organization is the party responsible for that information, and we process it on your organization's instructions. Requests relating to that information are best directed to your organization.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the service to work, including to keep you signed in and to remember your display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent the application from functioning.

Children

RevRadius is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where the change significantly affects how we handle your information, give notice through the service or by email.
